Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Account status must remain current, within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Rates will apply to shipments that are billed to your account.
- The current fuel surcharge, if any, will apply to all freight movements.
- For shipments over 10,000 pounds or 1/2 a trailer, please contact our Rates or Sales department
- G.S.T. will apply to all domestic freight movements.
- Rates apply to shipments with a freight density of 10 pounds per cubic foot or a minimum skid weight of 640 pounds.
- Deliveries requiring appointments must be booked in advance with our dispatch.
- Please contact our rates department for applicable charges for appointment deliveries.
- Al's Cartage Ltd. will not be liable for charge backs resulting from missed or late appointments.
- In order to ensure same day LTL pickup's, calls must be received by 12:00pm, with freight being ready by 2:00pm.
