Al's has been serving Ontario since 1930. What started out as a small parcel delivery business grew to include cartage of all sizes and also household belongings were moved.

The original owner "AL"vin Leslie sold the business to Ernest Frohlich in 1936 for $150.00 and this included the customers, a 1929 Ford pickup and a motorcycle with a side car. Today the business continues in the Frohlich family with Ernie's son Norman as President, and his wife and son working with him. Together we help continue the family tradition of excellence in the transportation industry.

Since 1980, Al's has been concentrating on the Less Than Truckload and TruckLoad freight business. Thanks to you our customers, combined with a dedicated group of over 100 employees, Al's Cartage Ltd. now offers direct services to over 900 points in Ontario. In conjunction with our Interline partners, Al's Cartage Ltd. and Al's International Cartage Inc. are able to service ALL points in Canada and the United States.
